![]() When he returned he tells me I was next anyway. He gets frustrated and tells me to hold on while walking away. I insist on finding out the wait time anyway letting him know I am 37 weeks pregnant and very hungry as I am fasting for the blood work ordered by my doctor. Some of which did NOT have an appointment because I casually asked them while in the wait room! Anyway, he talks to me as if my concern is unreasonable. Also, I noticed several people who arrived after me being called back before me. All I wanted was to politely inquire about the wait time. He turned around rolling his eyes at me and super annoyed asked what he could help me with. When someone finally came by he tried to run off while pointing to the clinics sign in computer! I shouted for him to please stop, Ive already signed in. Having sat in the waiting area for over an hour, 37 weeks pregnant and fasting for my ordered lab work, I decided to ask what the remaining wait time would be for me. This place is absolutely terrible! The staff is rude and slow. Be prepared for needing to schedule a week out or longer for either location - its been this way since C-19. Last time I checked, we are the ones who pay to keep them open, are we not?I scheduled my next appointment for Sept 29th. The worst service I ever had here and Ive been coming for over 15 years! Disappointed is an understatement. Nothing before you can get back to the staff, who are awesome to deal with.My account didnt show anything about me registering for today as a walk-in either. ![]() They also couldnt call the office to touch base with anyone here - apparently they have NO WAY to get in touch w the local offices. It said my wait time was estimated at 21 minutes.I called the corporate office hoping they could give me a status on my number in line. The second time I entered my information, there was no way to say I was a walk-in, it told me I could finish my registration on my phone so I did that and waited in my car for over an hour. First it told me right away that I could wait in my car. Nobody was at the front desk to assist, two people were waiting to drop off a package and ask a question.I attempted to do the iPad sign in process. The issue today is that my doc wanted to get labs in asap and I showed up as a walk-in at 8:50 this morning. Ive had excellent experiences here plenty of times before.
